- Company Letterhead: Must include the company’s address, email, phone number, and an official stamp.
- Association Articles: A color scanned copy of the company’s Articles of Association (Akta Notary).
- Business License: A color scanned copy of the Trading License (Izin Usaha) or an equivalent Standard Certificate.
- Company Location Permit: A color scanned copy of the Domicile Company Permit (Izin Lokasi) or KKPR/PKKPR.
